Lively Side Yard
Even a narrow yard on the side of a house can have life. In this yard, there is an area for a long vegetable or flower garden. Trellises have been placed against the fence in order to add interest, as well as a place for climbing plants, such as clematis.
There are two seating areas to sit back and relax in. In the barbeque area, the BBQ sits on a stone patio, to give stability and add safety when cooking on the BBQ. The second seating area is beside the garden; a perfect place to enjoy a cold glass of iced tea.
Two potted shrubs have been placed along the wood patio to add life and texture to the backyard. If you like, you could also place chairs on the patio and observe the backyard from a higher advantage point.
