Here is the north west side of the large Quarry Garden. Stairs have been built along the side of the old quarry, allowing visitors to climb the hill and look down into the Quarry Garden. You can still make out the grooves in the rock wall where dynamite was used to blast the rock free when the quarry was in operation until 1911. Don't worry, the rock wall is sound and the quarry is safe for all its visitors to explore.
