Here is just one of the many trees that you will find in the Arboretum at Queen Elizabeth Park. The park's long term goal is to plant at least one tree from every species found in Canada that will be able to survive in its West Coast climate. New trees are added every year, bringing the park that much closer to reaching its goal. If you plan your trip right, you will be able to meet the Park Board arborists as they lead groups through the park and identify the different trees found there.
