Sugar Cookies Recipe
2/3 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
¼ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla flavouring
3 teaspoons of baking powder
2 cups of flour
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 degrees Celsius. Cream butter and sugar together. Add beaten eggs, flavouring and dry ingredients. Roll out dough on a flat surface and cut with cookie cutter. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until cookies are lightly browned.
