1 head of cauliflower
Vegetable oil
3 eggs
¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese
Breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
Take one head of cauliflower, wash and cut into large pieces. Bring water to a boil and put cauliflower in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain water. In a large frying pan, put in vegetable oil and heat oil.
Pour breadcrumbs on a plate. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper together. Dip cauliflower in mixture and then roll in breadcrumbs. When oil is hot, add cauliflower to the pan and fry until the cauliflower turns lightly brown. Remove and put on a plate covered with a piece of paper towel. Can be served warm or cool.
