Corn and Potato Chowder Soup Recipe

3 medium sized potatoes, cubed
1 small onion, diced
1 bunch of carrots, sliced
1 can of creamed corn
1 can of cream
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add in ingredients listed above. Bring water to a simmer and cook for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Soup keeps well in the fridge for several days.
