Blueberry Boy Bait Cake Recipe
2 cups of flour
1 ½ cups of white sugar
¾ cup of butter or margarine
Mix ingredients together and set aside 1 cup for the topping. Add in:
2 egg yolks
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
½ teaspoon of salt
Set mixture aside. Beat 2 egg whites together and fold into mixture. Pour into greased and floured 9” x 13” pan. Sprinkle with 2 cups of blueberries. Put remaining crumble mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
