A List of Different Perennials

Find detailed information on a variety of perennial flowers.  The list below contains the name of the flower and the characteristic that is most known for.  Click on the name of the flower to find out more.

Clematis - Climbing vine that produces large colourful flowers.

Daylilies - These flowers only open for one day, hence the name of the flower.

Garden Mums - A fall time favourite that adds a bright splash of colour as the other flowers fade.

Geraniums - Brilliant red flowers.  They're a perennial but they don't love the cold, so bring them inside for the winter for regions where the temperature drops below the freezing point.

Hostas - They are best known for their large leaves with colour variations showing on the edges.

Peonies - They produce large, multi-petal flowers in late spring.

Roses - The favourite choice of flowers for valentines and anniversaries.

Shasta Daisies - A childhood favourite.  Kids love to pull the petals off - one-by-one.
